[1 in 20 Could Be You? Join the Hepatitis B Screening to Protect Your Liver]

According to the Health Survey by the Department of Health, approximately 1 in every 20 Hong Kong residents is a chronic Hepatitis B patient.

In its early stages, Hepatitis B may not present obvious symptoms. Without early detection and appropriate treatment, the condition may progress to liver cirrhosis or even liver cancer.

Our center is now launching the "Hepatitis B Co-care Pilot Programme" ("Hepatitis B Co-care"). We welcome individuals from the following target groups to register for a Free Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) Rapid Test:

• Hong Kong residents born in or before 1988; AND

• Have family members or sexual partners who are chronic Hepatitis B patients; AND

• Have not been diagnosed with chronic Hepatitis B and show no related symptoms; AND

• Have not completed the full course of Hepatitis B vaccination.

3 Steps to Participate:

1. Visit our center to register as a member (Free of charge).

2. Activate your "eHealth" account.

3. Enroll in the programme and undergo screening.
