To further strengthen the primary healthcare services and facilitate members of the public, Eastern District Health Centre Express (DHCE) will be upgraded to Eastern District Health Centre (DHC) with effect from December 2025, and it will continue to be operated by the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation

The core centre will be located at 10/F -11/F Siu Sai Wan Health Integrated Building, 11 Harmony Road, Siu Sai Wan, Chai Wan, and the opening hours are as follows:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Tuesday and Thursday: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Saturday and Public Holidays: Closed

Existing members can continue to receive services at the DHC without the need to re-enrol for membership.
