How to become a network service provider of the DHC Express network
The government will provide subsidies for the services of the DHC Express network. The operators of the DHC Express will sign agreements with the district network service providers. You can go to the Food and Health Bureau’s website to learn more about it. If you are interested in becoming our network service provider, click the following link to enter the information.

The Eastern DHC Express will subsidize the services of non-government units in the district/adjacent areas to establish a network of DHC Express, including the following areas:
