Arrangements during Adverse Weather Conditions

Important Notice

📍 Please note the following arrangements for the ED DHCE center during severe weather:

1. During the effective period of the No. 8 Gale or Storm Signal or higher, services at the Eastern District Health Centre Express, including the Core center and Chai Wan service point, will be suspended. The center will be closed, and all indoor and outdoor activities will be canceled.
2. The center will open and services will be resumed 2 hours after the warning signal is cancelled or lowered to No. 3.
3. If the No. 8 Gale or Storm Signal is canceled less than three hours before the center’s closing time, the Core center and Chai Wan service point will remain closed for that day.
4. Service users who cannot attend individual appointments or have any inquiries due to severe weather can call after the center resumes services:
